Quality Roofing, Inc. is proud to announce that Jamie Chapman, Financial Controller, is celebrating 10 years with the company.
Chapman joined Quality Roofing in 2015 after several years working at a CPA firm that provided accounting services to the roofing contractor. When Quality Roofing decided to bring the role in-house, she was approached directly to apply.
“It was perfect timing,” Chapman said. “I had young children and wanted to step away from the demands of tax season. I already knew Quality Roofing was family-oriented and treated their employees well, so it was an easy decision.”
Over the past decade, Chapman has overseen contracts, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and sales tax filings. She has also witnessed significant growth at Quality Roofing, including the company’s ability to take on larger and more complex projects.
Some of the high-profile projects completed during her tenure include work at Lambeau Field, the Kohl Center, and the Wisconsin State Capitol, as well as numerous community projects throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.
“Even if I’m not on the roof, I know I’m part of the bigger picture,” Chapman said. “It’s always rewarding to see a project completed and know that our team played a role in making it happen.”
Chapman is also proud of the company’s ongoing community involvement, from sponsoring local school programs to supporting area initiatives.
“The community supports us, and we make sure to support the community in return,” she said.

Chapman holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. Looking ahead, Chapman says she’s excited to continue contributing to the company’s growth and success.
