The team is currently stationed at the Marathon County Courthouse, with the main challenge being navigating with limited site access due to the nature of the site.
The roofing system selected for this project involves the installation of a grey TPO fully adhered system over a concrete deck. Notably, the team is using a crane for the project, introducing new challenges associated with wind conditions. With the crane extending hundreds of feet into the air, the team has implemented stringent safety precautions. If wind conditions become unfavorable, operations are halted, and the team switches gears to ensure the safety of both personnel and equipment.
Kramer commended the team’s resilience in the face of challenges, including adverse weather conditions. Despite the difficulties posed by wind and other elements, the team remains focused on maintaining productivity while prioritizing safety.

The roofing system chosen for this project involved the use of TPO Membrane laid over insulation. With a smaller crew of 7 individuals, the team efficiently tackled the job, completing the roof in just two days.
One of the notable challenges faced during the construction was the persistent wind conditions in the area. Kramer highlighted the team’s commitment to safety, emphasizing that all necessary precautions were taken to secure the jobsite and protect against flying debris. The focus remains on maintaining a tidy jobsite and securing materials during crane and forklift operations.
